About me

www.GoodMassage.ie was set up by Mark Donoghue. Having first qualified as a Massage Therapist in 2000, I undertook various different courses to develop my skills.

I've worked in various therapy rooms, spas and hotels, while also working in the corporate world. I know first-hand the stresses and pressures that the modern world puts on people, while trying to maintain a healthy work life balance.

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

You can browse the various treatments on our Services page. This will give you a good idea, but it's always best to discuss your needs with a therapist.

Do you do on-site or Wellness Days?

Yes, we've done office visits and Wellness event days and these are increasingly popular. Feedback is excellent with participants benefiting greatly from even short 10 or 15 minute treatments. We bring a special massage chair, along with relaxing music, details of good exercises for office workers.

To make the day special we normally do raffles for goodies or a treatment where you have booked a one day on-site visit.

What happens on my first visit?

On your first visit we do a free assessment lasting about 15 minutes and record the relevant details. You will be asked a few questions so that we can identify the best treatment for you. At our treatment room we have a cosy, warm, welcoming environment where you will be made comfortable. The assessment is separate to your treatment time so you will still receive a full treatment.

You can ask any questions you like before your treatment so that you feel completely at home.
